Why I do what I do…

In the past two weeks I’ve been reminded of why I do this.

About 10 days ago a couple who were one of my very first buyers and have since become great friends had their first baby.  Just before their fourth wedding anniversary and their second anniversary in their new house their new baby boy came home to a perfectly finished nursery and really made their house a home.

Last weekend I had the opportunity to host a housewarming party for my latest buyer to find a home.  From initial contact to final purchase took over a year and included a relocation from (very) upstate New York.  Now, she is here in Orlando with two of her three children, plans for the third to move when done with school, and one grandchild and another on the way.  They needed a home in a very specific area and we found the absolute perfect home.  The neighbors have welcomed them with open arms and they are thrilled to be here.

More recently, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to serve both Windy Ridge and Bay Meadows as a ‘Partner in Education’.  As a father of three young children and former teacher, I am honored to be able to support local schools as they serve our communities.

It’s not just about selling a house; these are people with hopes and dreams.  I’m honored to have been chosen to serve them through this chapter of their lives.  It’s not just real estate…it’s about families.  Thank you for the opportunity to serve.
